Iv had for afew years on and off body jerks and facial twitches that always seem to last for afew weeks. I always have what seems like shimmering in my vision. My step dad is dying in hospital with this and now im thinking omg iv had these for years so I'm convincing myself I have it. I also read that jerks and spasms in younger life lead to this. Someone please reassure me. Im lay here at this stupid time worrying myself to death. Another thing is I'm always aware of my breathing and then it goes funny. Also another symptom of it. Im so upset n scared :-(
