Had a pizza tonight after just getting over a bug bad mistake I allso used hair gel again today I have mentioned before it gives me headaches . But I don't listen all tough I don't have a head ache I have just threw up everywhere head feels weird not sure how to explain it nausious yes panick yes anxiety yes trying to sleep its not happening I hate this my head is allso very itchy why I don't know maybe the gel I washed It of just want to be normal:weep::weep:
