morning,

i just woke up an felt sick and had a headache. sorry for the graffic detail but i was sick but only bile came up i saw my mother in law a few weeks ago being sick blood as a ulcar had ruptured and im scared that bile is going to turn to blood. what a great way to start the day. Im so scared.:weep:

There is no easy answer to this. Try to let it be and as the day goes on, you will gradually find the fear dissipates - along with the vomiting.

thank you catt for your reply i just worked myself up still feel sick and have a migrane now too and have a 4 hour drive to south wales so not looking forward to that now!

Nothing wrong with throwing up just bile. All it means is your stomach is empty of food.

Try to eat something so as my mum used to say to give your stomach something to work on.
