Fear of SAD

Hi guys-I just wanted a bit of reassurance on my current phobia-it seems that everywhere I look recently young people are dropping dead with seemingly no underlying health issues and I'm worried that I'm going to suddenly have a heart attack or a brain aneurysm. I had an ecg around four years ago when I had a one-off seizure and it was fine-but have convinced myself I'm having heart palpitations and keep needing to feel my heartbeat to check its regular.

There is no way of knowing who is going to die and when and how so I don't worry or think about it as what will be will be and we can't change that.

Just keep yourself healthy and fit and that is all you can do to be honest.
