Hi I suffer health anxiety and lately I have been checking the lymph glands on my throat often. I have no trouble with the throat apart from the tight throat or lump in throat feeling that comes on during the day.
Does anybody know if spending time touching and poking at these glands can cause them to swell slightly as I now have some in my neck.
