I am experiencing panick attacks because my daughter in law has come between me and my son. I have been banned from making contact and so I am not able to tell my side of this. Someone told me that if you live with panic attacks long enough they will always be a problem for you. Is this true

I don't think that this is true, if you can get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy through your doctor, it would be possible to recover from having panic attacks, but it is best to seek help ASAP.
