Hi all, occasionally when I wake up in the morning I get this hot sensation across my upper body. I am not sweaty or anything and it passes within a few seconds but is making me worry. I can also feel my heart beating slightly faster than usual and my stomach has been a bit off lately (I also have IBS). I went to bed last night slightly stressed out and it happened again this morning! I am a 22 y/o female.
Has this happened anyone else? Thanks in advance! :)
