Hello I have been suffering from depression in the past year, currently on Mirtazapine, but my mood swings seem to go up and down also have put on a bit of weight since taking Mirtazapine

Hey Anon67,

I take Mirtazapine aswell and struggled with weight problems at first. Perhaps you need to go back to the GP and review your medication.

Hi BobbyDog, Had an appointment with my Gp this week told her was a bit up and down on the dosage of 30mg she suggested increasing my Mirtazapine to 45mg to see if this will improve my mood, so will try this dosage for 4 weeks then go back and see her
