Yup and that feeling of it being at the back of the throat is horrible.
I have had some horrendous sinus pain as well.
In fact I have recently bought myself a Sinus flushing type kit, which is kinda weird to use but it does offer some great relief.
I never found the tablet type decongestants to be of much use.

The first one that I bought was from Amazon...

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000A0S5KC/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00

you get fifty sachets with it and you MUST used boiled water which has cooled to rinse your sinus passages. This applies regardless of the kit you use and is very important to ensure that the water has had all the bacterial bugs in it zapped.

It has been really really good and very very effective.

Then, by chance, I saw an electric powered one for sale second hand (sounds a bit yuk) but nearly new...

this cost me £42 - but not new.

Depending how much you can suffer with sinus issues, and what spare cash you have, you can decide if they could be of any use for you.

I would suggest trying out the one from Amazon as it is only a tenner and once you get used to using it you will be quite amazed at how effective that it can be.

Just read the buyers opinions to see what they say.

For me they have been a huge relief.

If you want any more info just ask and the very best of luck :)
