a big sinking feeling

yesterday i went to the doctors as i was sick of feeling groggy all the time he said i have a bad middle ear infection and has taken loads of blood samples and said my blood pressure is high . I keep thinking i have a brain tumour and its freaking me out. I woke up this morning with a sinking feeling and now thats getting me worked up how can i deal with this my heads not been right for 15 days and i get some weird syptoms of health anxirtty for about 90% of the day

Didnt want to read and run,....middle ear infections can play havok with your body sometimes...giving you a sense of dizziness etc...this can be awful when suffering with anxiety....
your BP may be high because of the anxiety...my bp always shoots up when he first takes it...i hate doctors....

I wish i knew an easy cure to deal with the symptoms...unfortunatley im the same boat and have symptoms everyday that i cant seem to kick....
