water infection?

Hi does anyone know the symptoms of a water infection only I have woken up feeling like I keep needing the toilet but only a trickle comes out I have no tempruture but can feel my anxiety with the what if I'm about to die which I know is silly its more than likely nothing but my anxietys tryin its best to make me think the worst

I think you may need to see GP. Have you any pain at the bottom of your stomach?

I keep getting pains but there not very painful they come and go
