Diazepam not working!!

Hi Guys, I took the diaz about an hour ago and my anxiety has been increasing over that hour, I think because it doesnt seem to be working, can it take an hour or more to kick in?

Please help me, I cant stop crying again, I was so hopeful that this was the answer but now Im just not sure what to do, its such a dissapointment.

I took a full 2mg tablet and although I feel a little hazy and drugged up I can still feel that anxiety chewing at me, is it because I didnt take enough, or maybe it hasnt kicked in yet? or can it not work for some people?

Hi Iggy. Try something to distract yourself or a relaxation cd. Don't fight the anxiety. Try to go with it and let it pass. Easier said than done, I know. But give it a try. Thinking of you and sending you hugs :hugs:

Hi hun 2mg is a tiny dose and doesnt touch me when my anxiety is bad, maybe take 2 next time x x

and I also worked myself up into a frenzy when I took it, I think Ill try 3mg next time. xx
