On the way back from asda i got this really cold feeling on my head like some one had put a ice cube on my head now iv got like a weird tingle on my tonge is it all in my head or is it the anxiety its crazy the syptoms just come and go all day eather like a twich inon my head or feel foggy headed am really sick of it now

Anxiety does very weird things to us all! It's sometimes hard to believe that it can manifest itself in so many strange feelings. I'm sure that's all it is. Try some paracetamol as it also sounds like a neuralgic pain which I sometimes get when I've got the cold. Hope that helps x
