Hi everyone.

been suffering panic attacks now for around 4 years. (did have them for around 6 months, 7 years ago, but they went totaly)

Up untill now i had them more or less under control (couldnt do very much but i got by)

However the last few months they have come back and i am now worrying that it is going to loose me my job. (and what chance have i of getting a new one)

The doctor lowered my dose of medication from 20 mg to 10mg which is maybe what started it off but has since put me back on 20mg, this however hasnt helped.

Just wanted to introduce myself and wondering if anyone can help me out?
