I m a patient of Panic Disorder for last 7 months, Taking Tablet Rivotry daily and following your suggesions to overcome Panic & Agoraphobia. Recently I am hearing sometimes some noise in my right ears which you may cal "tinnitus". Can you please suggest me is tinnitus is harmful or just a part of Panic? Do I need to go to ENT doctor? Please suggest me the way treatment of tinnitus becasue it is very unpleasent.

Thanks

Tinnitus is not harmful, just a nuisance. It may be due to a build up of wax in the outer ear. Your doctor may suggest ear syringing. It does feel awful, I get it from time to time and it can set you off balance but don't worry about it.

Hope you are feeling OK and don't be anxious about it.

I reckon the best thig to do is see ure GP, hell tell ya whats best! could just be earwax build up like some of the other chappies have mentioned. An ENT epecialist may not be needed! shringe, clean coooooll!
If it is tinnitus, no need to panic about it, its nothin serious, just plain annoying! But you can distract yurself from it.
