Does anyone know which one of the Claire Weekes book is the best for panic/anxiety? Just had a look on Amazon, and there are a few on there....

'To the world, you may be one person, but to one person, you may be the world'.

hi julie whatever book you get make sure you get one which also talks about recovery, ie. setbacks and the right inner voice.i am recovering by using claire weekes method at the moment.i bought a programme from www.panicfree.co.nz.this site is run by a counsellor in new zealand who cures people from anxiety by using claire weekes method.he is a former sufferer of anxiety, agoraphobia etc who recovered by using her method.he has put together his own programme which incorporates all of claire weekes books in to one.you see all her books contain additional info which is needed for you to fully recover.give me an email whenever you want at noothmay@hotmail.com.best of luck jon
