Hi again
Last week i was feeling so much better then had my podiatrist for the chronic pain in my foot which swelled my foot a bit then the weekend i decided to go out had a few to many drinks and then this week the tiredness starts anxiety kicks back in and today im now back to my worst and first thing i do is google my foot pains and the numbness i get when ive been running for a long time.
Yep in my head it all again poits to MS and now the worrying begins again. Feels so stupid i just get stuck in this same cycle over and over again and in my head i still now think i do have MS and my anxiety is just a coincidence
