:yesyes:I have been having panic attacks while driving it started about 13 years ago in certin situatons then after avoiding places it found me where i live now i downloaded the one move by Joe Barry it is amazing it helps me controll my anxiety while driving and i downloaded the cd for in the car google it it has helped me to no end. i am still trying to conquer some other fears but feel i am on my way.
