Stomach pains every day? What could this possibly be. help!

Hey guys so for probably a week now I have had a stomach ache every single day. It always feels like i'm hungry even though when I eat, I barely eat anything. I don't know what it could be but i'm worried that there could be something serious going on. I haven't been eating right. I used to eat tons but now I could barely finish two pieces of toast. What is wrong with me. Help!

Hi, if you're anxious it could be causing your stomach pains and lack of appetite. Not eating will probably make you feel worse so try to eat little and often if you can until things settle down. If you don't start to feel better pop to the Dr's for reassurance. Hope it eases soon x

But the thing is I don't currently feel anxious unless i really do and i'm not noticing it :\
