So dizzy/lightheaded

Been feeling extremely lightheaded today and all over the place, was bent down in a shop looking at something, got up then felt very faint and dizzy and it's happened twice since then but I feel lightheaded generally, don't know if it's anything to do with blood pressure or something else but my blood pressure always seems normal and stable when I have it checked at the doctors.

Hi, I have been feeling lightheaded today too. Your blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day, so maybe it was just low at that point. I also get dizzy if I have ear buildup or something or if my neck muscles are tense.

I feel the same :( Nothing spins or anything i just feel a bit lightheaded but im convinced its panic. My fear is feeling dizzy so the more i think about it the more my fear gets worse. Could this be the same for you?

Ive been light headed for the last 2 months i also have ringing in my ears, a ENT specialist said it was due to my anxiety?

Hi, I feel lightheaded/dizzy almost all the time, and after going to many doctors everything came back normal. When i think about it it gets a lot worse, especially when I'm hungry, tired, and definitely when I'm anxious and stressed. Either way, although it's uncomfortable it's nothing to worry about, but going to a doctor just to make sure might help you relax more :)

If it s constant dizziness without spinning sensation then it could be sinus/ear infection. If not, make sure there is no excessive black mold hidden away anywhere . eg. toilet pumping basin. Make sure you dont have toilet or pipe leakages also.
