I read in the mail yesterday about a natural remedy called Rhodilia Rosea.
I've never heard of it before but it was described as 'nature's new stress fighter' to reduce cortisol and help with anxiety disorders.
I'd be interested to hear if anyone has tried it yet?
If not, I may go ahead anyway, I think they said it's £13.99 for 30 tablets which I think is quite expensive.

Just make sure it is safe to take with any other medication you are on.

I tried this and it helped with depression more than anxiety. I went for 18 months without any depression while I was taking it, and usually I get a bout every six months or so. But it stopped working for me. It's also good for concentration and studying, and I found it gave me mental energy and motivation. I think it's worth trying anyway. It is an expensive supplement though.

Thanks for that grotbags.. it sounds pretty good then. I don't get deeply depressed very often but do suffer from a 'mental fog' when I get low and it sounds like it could maybe help with that.

I took this for a long time and never quite realize if it helped with depression or anxiety. Thanks for bringing up about this remedy here
