Dosage help

Hi all

I wanted to ask what dose people find helps for anxiety when high? I had tried 5mg couple of times but it's done nothing to calm my mind down.

I am having days that are easier now as been on sertraline 8 weeks but still have really bad days. Someone also recommended clonazepam???? But been told these should only be used in very serious cases ??

Fed up as gps keep messing me about had councilling private as not bad enough in thier opinion

What has your GP suggested? I am on 15mg daily (3x 5mg spaced over the day) and this has really given me the 'mind space' I so desperately needed. You say you have tried 5mg a couple of times...are you only taking as & when to help you with the side effects of the Sert? To be honest, I would do exactly what it says on the label....or chat with your doc if you are worried. Incidentally, I still get anxiety and panics on diazepam, it's not an instant cure....I just find them less frequent and easier to cope with. Take care, Kitti :)

I use them on as need basis but doesnt seem to calm me at all
