hello im new

hi im a new member. Ive just read some of the postings and wondered if this could be helpful for me. Ive suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for 20 years. Mostly get on great whilst taking seroxat 20 mg but then every year or so I get a meltdown and suffer from hyperventilating,tightness of chest and nose. I then get obsessed and cant shake it off. Does anyone else know these feeling?Ede.:)
