Night sweats stress spots?

Just a quick one does anybody know if sweating a lot at night or stress and anxiety can cause spots?

I am clean and hygienic, shower everyday etc.. Never had a problem with spots but in the last week my chest and back have broken out with loads of tiny pimples. I sweat a lot at night ATM due to anxiety and was wondering of these factors cause cause this sudden breakout. They are only small so not causing too much embarrassment it's just irritating.

I never thought that, but yes you could be right, I used to get these all the time, at the moment just on my back, I sweat alot especially at night.

stress and sweat both can cause them, so if you have both it must be from those ... they have body washes and soaps for this, I used to use them quite a bit.
