My anxiety can piss off

Right that is it!!! I am sick of lying in bed all the time letting this anxiety take over me. I am going to have to wait a long time for therapy and in the meantime i need to help myself! I have two young boys who i need to be strong for!!!!

No more sleeping during the day!!! This is one thing that i am most guilty of. Music blasting, housework being done, taking my dog for a walk, i am not lying in bed any longer letting life pass me by :lac:
