my symptoms

My symptoms are feeling like i'm dying in general. when i am having an actual panic attack i have cold and hot sweats, electric shock feeling, restlessness, Heavy rapid breathing, fast pulse, back ache, Bloated, loose bowels, Can't speak to anyone, Snappy and dizzy.. What are yours?

loose bowels, chest full of mucus, headache,cant breathe, feel sick or being sick, shakey,dizzy,feel so not with it, go cold inside me,

yeah i have similar symptoms id say..though they do tend to change. Today i am light headed, feeling a little not myself.. eyes are heavy/uncomfortable - keep wiping them, worrying a lot today.. but ive had from headaches to stomach pains the past couple of weeks! Ahh dear :( x
