backache means i am dying?

the past week alone i have had ovarian cancer, breast cancer, going blind, blood clot in brain, just about to have a stroke, now back ache means i am dying? What the hell is wrong with me? Anyone?

Well you are suffering with Health Anxiety so that problem needs to be addressed first I would say.

Have you asked for any therapy such as CBT?
