Migraine sufferers

Could you describe a migraine to me, how you feel, type of pain etc?

u have a real bad pain in the forehead feel sick

I have optical migraines. I get zigzags in my vision, numbness, confusion that's followed by a banging head and just feeling very weird x

I had a headache Friday, it was tense all up back of my head on just right side, especially in crown. Like a dull ache which when I yawned or nodded it throbbed like a pulsing then eased. I get tension alot so assumed it was that but worse. Me being me I freaked out thinking it was a migraine as I've been on the pill for heavy periods for 6 weeks. Gp doesn't think it was a migraine as eyes were fine, no sickness, no facial pain..... I really hope it was just tension.

I get blurry vision followed by a killer of a headache. Haven't had one for a while (touch wood), some foods can trigger it off like that Actimel yoghurt drinks so I have to avoid those.
