hello all. thought i would post a "hello" while things are not so bad. As when things are bad i dont have the energy or even the ethusiasm to do much.
For many years i thought i was suffering from postnatal depression, but soon narrowed things down to generalised anxiety to health anxiety.
My dad was the same, always thought he was dying of some disease or cancer.
I know deep down it my anxieties talking but cannot shake off the terrible thoughts that invade me. It is relief to know that i am not the only one, although i wouldnt wish this mental sickness on anyone.
No doubt i will speak with you all at some time.
