TMJ?

For a few years now I have had a problem with my left side of my jaw. It pops when I eat and somedays it grinds when I open and close my mouth. It doesnt cause me any pain but when I open my mouth wide it pops out on the left side Infront of my ear.

Does this sounds like TMJ to anybody and could this be the cause of swollen lymph nodes under my jaw?
