I was just kneeling down doing some tidying up and thought there was a marble or something got stuck under my ankle (the boney bit on the outside). When I looked there was nothing there. Then to my horror I knoticed my ankle has swollen right up. it almost looks like there is a gulf ball on top of it :ohmy:. My other ankle looks fine and my leg isnt swollen. Is it possible for me to have injured it without realising?? It doesn't hurt to walk on, though my ankles have always "rolled" when I've knelt down. Panicking now about fluid retention/heart disease etc
