Nodule near adams apple

Hi another day another worry arghh. Was feeling around my neck, and for a hard nodule just above my adams apple bit to the left... it's tiny about the size of a pencil tip and painless. Looking for some reassurance. It may of been there for years I don't know.

Anyone have anything similar?

Hey it could always have been there or could be a lymph node? Os it moveable

It's a job to tell as it's pretty small, seems fixed although I'm not 100% sure.

I do have cysts on my scalp, and so does one of my parents... Could it be a cyst? I wonder if they can be hereditary? :(
