Night swets :-(

Im 26 female and for the past say 6 months I'm having on off night swets. To the point where I'm dripping in swet. Iv had servere health anxiety for 6 Years n this a symptom I dont normally have x

Nothing to worry about a lot of people on here suffer from night sweats. A few poss causes come to mind:
have you started any meds? lots of them have side effects of night sweats
you've been under a little bit more stress lately that has worked out in your subcouncious during sleep causing sweats.
OR, simply it's been really hot and stuffy lately. could be simple as that
I know it's yucky when you wake up and your pj's are soaked through!
