Tingling cold patch on head?

Does anyone else ever get this, it is on the crown of my head, right side. I had a tension head friday night and since then on and off I get this horrible cold tingling in the same area randomly. I am really worrying it is something bad? When I spoke to my GP Friday he said the feeling was just from tension. I am really worried though:blush:

yes i get this sensation and my doctor said the same i also get tension headaches

I get this, its nothing to worry about. Its my anxiety

I assume it's due to maybe a trapped nerve if you're very tense.
Feeling hot or cold or wet areas is comon when you have anxiety . So you're not alone there . It feels strange but it won't harm you :)

My HA has hit a little recently since losing my Nan, we were so close. I was there with her in hospital and I'm finding it hard to grieve. Thank goodness for my husband and children keeping me going.
