Stomach really hurts

Woke up today and 2 parts of my stomach hurt above the middle of it, If i touch the areas or give it a gentle push it really hurts, It's been bothering me all day and annoying me and making me wonder if it is something serious or if I could be bleeding inside.

I am hoping it's just something like acid or irritable bowel syndrome but it could be something like a hernia or bleeding or something else?

50/50 two doctors have kind of said I have it in the past but never had something definite.

Hi Worriedabouthealth,

You are right that it could be IBS especially if your anxious about something as that can cause the exact same symptoms however it sure would be worth getting your doctor check you out. That way you get some reassurance but at least you would know.
