Retching in sleep, waking myself up

i havnt been on for a couple of weeks- as my weird head fellings subsided and i was feeling better..until last night i though about it it and now all of a sudden its back, shooting pains left head,temple,scalp i have noticed recently well twice in last 2 weeks that iv had a dream where im retching and woke myself up and have actually been retching :wacko: wats going on there :( anyone else had ?

Hi yes, I've had retching for over 5 years now and it appears in my dreams as well. The dreams are normally nightmares where I am in a situation which in everyday life would trigger the retching.

I had this happen once two nights ago. I was WAY to hot, and super-dehydrated.
