but there's no way we could afford it. At the moment we live in a 2 bedroom house, which my DH has owned since before we got together. We have 2 children, 4 guinea pigs and 2 hamsters. Our youngest still sleeps in his cotbed in our bedroom, we have yet to get the other bedroom converted into a third bedroom for him. MY DH has been somewhat reluctant to get this done because our son has autism and is a poor sleeper. The kids have a lot of toys and stuff and I feel that the house is being taken over by them. The animals are living in the living room so space is taken up by their cages. I feel totally boxed in. Our kitchen is the size of a box, and I'm feeling more and more depressed by it all.
My DH is retired (he's a lot older than me), and I don't work. I'm a carer to my son. I would love to have a bigger house with a minimum of 3 bedrooms, a room for my sewing and a study room, as well as a much bigger kitchen and a dining area. I just can't see that ever happening and that makes me feel worse. :weep:
