I was right in the middle of cbt and was getting on really well with my therapist then he got sick and told me he would be off for 3 weeks that was about 2 months ago and i have sent texts but have heard nothing from him. I am paranoid now that he is back working and has just dropped me, I don't know what to do i feel I am back to where I was at the beginning.
