Voices and Music

Does anyone else hear these? Also my hearing is fantastic, if someone if having a conversation in their front garden on the other side of the road, i can hear them like they're standing next to me.

Our hearing goes into hypersensitivity mode and we can get into patterns of monitoring for sounds/voices as part of our ocd or anxiety.

Its extremely common for people with anxiety to monitoring their hearing when they are going through a phase of being afraid some day they might hear things, it wont happen its just another obsession.

Also when we are drifting off to sleep we can catch sentances going through our mind.
