Im here again looking for reasurance :-) could anybody advise me on this, i seem to be getting electric like rushes every so often right through my body. Its an awful feeling and its always happening mostly at night and the first few hours after waking up. Its really stressing me now. Im also getting a strong pulse in both ears this normaly keeps me awake :-(.
