Paranoia Attack

Sadly i was WRECKED last night after 11 days off the booze and was out drinking wi my wee pal, she's a great laugh and 30 mins ago on the phone she told me quite innocently that "Aye you kept hugging me and i had to move your arms as i couldny see(she's tiny) and you didnt do it at first and i had to remove them" then after i put the phone down i went into panic attack/paranoid mode and starting thinking"OH NO NO NO NO she asked me to move my arms and i didnt at first" and i called her back and itold her i was very sorry and i had went into panic mode and she got really surprised and she said to me" You didnt do anything wrong, it was funny, you did nothing nasty"

And i wentt into reassurance mode and i got the same answers!
