I am having at least a dozen panic attacks a day. Now I am seeing my parents tomorrow which makes me all the more anxious AND I feel like I have a bladder infection. I get them chronically and it sucks!
Does anyone get this many attacks a day and how do you work out the nausea? I keep thinking I will vomit. Not much of a vacation.
Anyone else worry about getting sick on vakay? I am too old for this. Wish I were normal :weep:
