I ATTENDED A NICE GUIDLINE WORKSHOP TODAY ABOUT CCBT ON THE INTERNET, THEY TOLD US THEY HAVE TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING BY FEB 2007. THE DOWNSIDE IS YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ACCESS IT WITH A HEALTH WORKER.

HOWEVER I WAS TOLD THAT YOU CAN GET FREE CBT ONLINE ALREADY AT A PLACE CALLED MOODGYM,

This one is fantastic, week by week courses, work sheets,thought sheets etc, cbt online, when i took it, it was free, its fantastic! theres a forum to tlk to other cbt buddies and online help.
This one really was a great find.
