I think everyone can relate to this that Wakeing up with one of these is the worse just woke up feel very weird horrible panicky anxious very weird feeling had to calm myself down before my heart went I'm stil
Very panicky weighting this as it only just happened 5 mins agP

Hope you're feeling better now. Waking up in a panic is never a nice thing but just take each time it happens with a pinch of salt and try to look at it as a learning experience. Each time you wake up in a panic and manage to calm yourself down and relax, it gets a little bit easier to manage, plus it's a personal victory against anxiety and we all love those! :). x

i managed to fall back to sleep after a clam down witch was really good
