Lump in my throat and burning when it eat

HELLLP I have a burning in my throat when I eat that feels similar to heartburn, but I am not really getting heartburn and I can feel a lump in my throat when I swallow. I am panicking its cancer :( Anyone else had this?

It could well be a bit of acid, have you tried taking anything like gaviscon to see if it eases x

No need to get some, I dont appear to be getting heartburn as such, just when I eat. Thank you an you have it for a week?

Yes you can. When I was pregnant I had it for months. The fact you get it after eating makes me think its acid. I didn't always feel heartburn, sometimes id get water in my mouth and terrible burning in my throat. Try some antacid and if it doesn't ease pop to the Dr's x
