so i'm just sitting here with the tv muted and all of a sudden silence is really bothering me so i unmute the tv and thennnnn i get this wonderful thought "what if i lose tolerance for ALL NOISE including SILENCE i will truly go mad then!" which rationally i know this is a silly thought but at the same time i keep listening to the tv wondering if it's going to drive me bonkers. just wanted to tell you guys because when you have to say this stuff to other people you can sometimes see how silly it really is. i really just wish these spontaneous ridiculous thoughts would leave me alone and let me be a happier person..
