i know we all have our own ways of dealing with it and put in place our safety nets. using public transport is a big phobia of mine, cos if the bus gets too busy then i have to get off, so i decided to buy a bike. i do all my journeys which can be anything up to twenty five miles a day and if i dont like what im heading for i can simply turn round and come back home. so on a positive note phobias can lead to fitness!!!!:)
