Hey guys, hope you are all managing okay, and you will all be recovered sometime so keeps your heads high.
A few years ago I was such a mess, I was reluctantly given citalopram to help me, as I couldnt cope at all.
The past few years I have felt great back to my normal self, so I dropped from 20mg to 10mg about 3 months ago or so.
The past month or so though thngs have been going downhill slowly, intrusive thoughts, low mood, breathing troubles, flashes of panic.
Think im going to go back up to 20mg but I feel unsure and this is a step back?
Any thoughts guys? will this help me?
