tomorrow is my 6 years old birthday, and today my friend as got me free tickets to a theme park im due to go in 2 hours and for the past 8 weeks ive been suffering bad from anxiety/ agrophobia/panic and phobia ive really not been well after going cold turkey on meds in april this year and only being back on them for 10 days :( i hope i can do this and anxiety leaves for the day so i can have a special day with my 3 children and hubby
