Stomach grumbling - feel better

Sometimes I will lie in bed and I can't relax unless my stoch starts grumbling. It's weird but true. I don't know if it's some form of IBS.
Anybody else get this? I'd be really interested to know.

hi yes i have this too my stomache makes weird noises and i feel like ive just burped the pressure goes i have ibs so it could be that i also have gerd acis reflux
